M City Condos 4: Development Info
Current plans call for the fourth tower of M City Condos to rise to a height of 67 storeys. The building will rise from an 8-storey podium, which will house 663 square metres of retail space. Above the podium, the tower structure will contain 935 residential units. While further information regarding amenities and other building features is not yet available, it will be added to this page as soon as it becomes so.
Mississauga City Centre teems with a wide array of shopping, dining and retail amenities-all within walking distance of M City:
- Square One Shopping Centre boasts one of the GTA’s largest concentrations of shops and restaurants, and is just minutes to the north.
- Numerous big-box retailers, such as Wal-Mart, Staples, Winners and Canadian Tire are all located within close proximity.
- T&T, Rabba, Whole Foods and Superstore all have locations nearby.
MiWay provides frequent bus service along all major thoroughfares in the area. The agency operates a major bus terminal in Mississauga City Centre. For regional connections, numerous GO Transit bus routes routes radiate out from their terminal at Square One, while direct rail service to Downtown Toronto is available from Cooksville GO station on weekdays.
