Cielo Condos: Project Overview
This new project includes three main elements: restoring Bloor Street United Church, adding a 30-storey, 284-unit mixed-use high-rise to the property, and connecting the church and the new tower via a low-rise atrium.
The three-storey atrium is a main component of the project, which will connect the church to the mixed-use tower and provide new meeting rooms and offices. Both of the participating architecture firms, ERA Architects and KPMB Architects, have extensive experience improving treasured heritage properties to create innovative new mixed-use communities.
