Battistella Developments was founded in 1980 – and in a testament to founders Jacqueline & Giovanni Battistella’s visionary projects, they were awarded with a Governor General of Canada Award just six years after starting the company. Since then, the company has remained a family business under the leadership of brothers Paul and Simon Battistella. Battistella is a full-service developer, and oversees all aspects of the development process. In recent years, the company has been instrumental in transforming Calgary‘s vibrant inner-city neighborhoods into pedestrian-friendly hubs that attract residents from all over the country.
