Humewood sits between the Cedarvale Ravine and St. Clair Avenue West, and includes both stately homes and luxury condominiums.
Humewood is centered along Vaughan Road, which winds its way through the community. Between it and the ravine to the north are a collection of large and historic homes that sit on either side of tree-lined streets. Single-family homes also predominate closer to St. Clair, but in recent years luxury condominiums have begun to establish more of a presence here. St. Clair also serves as the area’s primary retail and commercial district, and is home to a diverse array of independent businesses that represent its diversity. In terms of recreational space, Cedarvale Park is within walking distance and boasts a host of leisure options.
