TANU Condos: Project Overview
TANU Condos will be located at 21-29 Park Street East in Port Credit, near the intersection of Hurontario Street and Lakeshore Road East. Exterior Renderings show a modern structure that rises to a height of 15 storeys. An understated and streamlined design is a modern update on the area’s historic architecture, and is designed to blend seamlessly into the surrounding neighborhood.
Along with six townhouse units planned for street level, TANU Condos is planned to include 204 tastefully designed suites. Floorplan details have not yet been specified, but units are expected to mainly be a mixture of one-bedroom and two-bedrooms, with a small number of three-bedroom units also being made available.
Each suite will be designed to include features such as laminate flooring, natural stone kitchen countertops, a stacked washer-dryer combo, and high-efficiency stainless steel kitchen appliances. TANU Condos will be occupant-ready by February 2021.
