Graywood Developments has announced that Scout Condos, a desirable new mid-rise condominium complex, is open for pre-registration. Scout Condos is the second phase of the company’s popular Scoop Condos development, which is now under construction at 1771 St. Clair Avenue West in Toronto.

Scout Condos On St. Clair West: Community Overview

The developments exterior will have a tasteful contemporary look, featuring a glass facade with traditional masonry and metallic finishes. This boutique mid-rise condo community will reach a maximum height of 12 storeys, with a projected suite count of 261 units. Scout Condos will feature one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites, with unit sizes ranging from 520 square feet (48 square metres) to an ample 1,200 square feet (111 square metres).

Graywood Developments envisions this development as a mixed-use building. To that end, a projected 10,000 square feet (929 square metres) of street-level retail space will be included. This development will also offer a large expanse of community features, with 5,200 square feet (483 square metres) of indoor amenities and 5,800 square feet (539 square metres) of outdoor common spaces being present.

Indoor amenities will be located on either the ground level or the 12th floor. A charming private courtyard and a rooftop terrace with stunning 360-degree city views will be the centerpiece of the outdoor amenity spaces.

The developers have not yet confirmed the exact list of indoor amenities, but residents of Scout Condos are expected to enjoy access to:

  • A group dining hall
  • Hobby and gaming spaces
  • Meeting rooms
  • On-site library
  • Pet bathing area
  • Fully equipped fitness studio
  • Outdoor firepit and community garden

Graywood Developments has also confirmed that the development will include a below-grade parking facility, with enough capacity to accommodate 188 vehicles and up to 28 bicycles.
