Promenade Park Towers: Project Specifications
The first phase of the Promenade Park Towers project will focus on a trio of modern residential high-rises ascending to heights of 28, 30, and 35 storeys. During this phase, the shell of the mall’s vacated anchor tenant site, formerly occupied by the now-defunct retail giant Sears, will be repurposed into a six-storey podium.
