Current plans call for Jac Condos to consist of a 36-storey high-rise containing 489 condominiums, with a mixture of studios, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units being available. The building will also include a podium at street level, consisting of luxury townhomes. While a detailed amenity list is not yet available, 10,851 square feet of indoor amenity space and 7,959 square feet of outdoor space will be available. 82 vehicular parking spaces will be available for use by residents, along with 490 bicycle spots.
