Canary House Condos: Development Info
Current plans call for Canary House Condos condos to consist of 205 units, with a mixture of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom suites being available. The building will rise to a height of 13 storeys and include an 8-storey podium at street level. A total of 771 square metres of amenity space will be available, divided into 422 square metres of indoor space and 349 square metres of outdoor space.
Canary House Condos sit in one of Toronto’s fastest-changing neighborhoods. The rapidly revitalizing West Don Lands area that surrounds the Distillery District has become one of the city’s most popular neighborhoods, and is home to an array of shopping, dining and recreational options:
- The Distillery District is just a couple blocks away, and numerous excellent restaurants and enriching cultural offerings can be found there.
- George Brown College is located down Front Street, making this location perfect for both students and professors.
- Rabba’s and No Frills are both close by.
- The Martin Goodman Waterfront Trail is just to the south, and provides a convenient path for walking or biking.
