Canary Condos-Block 10: Development Info

Current plans call for Block 10 of the Canary Park District condos to consist of 205 units, with a mixture of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom suites being available. The building will rise to a height of 13 storeys and include an 8-storey podium at street level. A total of 771 square metres of amenity space will be available, divided into 422 square metres of indoor space and 349 square metres of outdoor space.
