Artform Condos 1: Development Info
Current plans call for Artform Condos 1 to rise to a height of 17 storeys and include a mixture of 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom suites. The unit breakdown will be as follows:

However, a number of shopping, dining and recreational options are already located within close proximity of the site:
- The major Canadian banks have branches either within walking distance or a short bus ride away.
- Both Sherway Gardens and Square One can be reached by car or via frequent bus service.
- Hurontario Street is lined with high-quality shopping and dining options.
- The picturesque Port Credit waterfront can be easily reached.
Hurontario Street is served by two high-frequency bus routes (combining to provide service every ten minutes or better) and is scheduled to receive light rail service by 2024. Transit improvements are also planned on Dundas Street, with dedicated bus lanes and cycling infrastructure to be added. Cooksville GO station can be easily reached, and provides service to Toronto on weekdays during rush hour while bus service along Dundas offers connections to Line 2 Bloor-Danforth at Islington subway station. In addition, Queen Elizabeth Way runs just to the south of the site.
