CentreCourt’s redesign proposes a 55-storey, 599-unit high-rise, including a five-storey podium that will provide a modest amount of retail space. IBI Group’s beautiful, elegant design incorporates the façade of the heritage buildings currently occupying 8 Wellesley Street West, which will become the exterior of the new community’s welcome lobby.
