6609 Stanley Avenue Condos: Development Info
Current plans call for 6609 Stanley Avenue to rise to 72 storeys, with a six-storey podium at street level. The lower floors will consist of hotel suites, while the upper levels will house residential units. Inspired by the World Financial Center in Shanghai, the building’s design will feature an aperture at the top, giving it a design reminiscent of a bottle opener. On the 56th floor, a “sky garden” will offer a common space for residents to take in the panoramic vistas. Several floors up, an aerial bridge will fill some of the space in the aperture, and provide an indoor space from which to enjoy the view.
Residents of the 6609 Stanley Avenue Condos will be living in the heart of Niagara Falls. In addition to being just steps away from the falls itself, the surrounding area plays host to a variety of other amenities:
