46 Park St East Condos: Development Info
Current plans call for the community to rise to a height of 22 storeys and include 258 housing units. 501 square metres of indoor amenity space and 531 square metres of outdoor space will be located together on the seventh floor. While a full unit breakdown has not yet been released, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units (along with optional dens) are to be made available.
An argument can easily be made that Mississauga’s Port Credit neighborhood is the city’s most historic, but it is without a doubt the most walkable – a fact that is greatly to the benefit of 46 Park St East residents:
- Port Credit’s thriving business district is home to a diverse array of shops & restaurants.
- The nearby Port Credit Memorial Park serves as a year-round events venue.
- Metro, Loblaws, Rabba and a host of independent grocers all have locations nearby.
- Located just across the Credit River, JC Saddington Park is home to a peaceful waterfront promenade.
- Mississauga City Centre is a short drive or bus ride to the north.
Port Credit GO station is less than a block away, and is served by trains to Downtown Toronto every 30 minutes or better seven days a week. MiWay operates numerous local bus services in the area, with connections to destinations throughout Mississauga. Additionally, the agency is set to begin operating the Hurontario LRT upon its completion in 2024. This new transit route will offer a one seat ride to Mississauga City Centre and as far as Brampton. Finally, drivers can take advantage of Queen Elizabeth Way being a short drive to the north.
Walkable, Transit-Friendly Living
The new 46 Park St Condos put residents just minutes away from Downtown Toronto and Mississauga City Centre, as well as a short walk from the Lake Ontario shoreline. This, combined with a pedestrian-friendly neighborhood to call home, is expected to make these new condo highly sought-after upon their release.
