43 Junction Rd Condos: Development Info

43 Junction is planned to consist of six new buildings, ranging in heights from 35 to 15 storeys. The community’s 1,888 units will be divided up as follows:

  • 6 studios
  • 1,178 1-bedrooms
  • 513 2-bedrooms
  • 191 3-bedrooms

Public realm improvements, such as a new park space, are to be built as part of the project. Further information, such as a full list of available amenities, will be added as soon as it becomes available.

Residents of these new condos will find themselves surrounded by all the conveniences available in both The Junction and the Stockyards District:

  • To the south, Dundas Street West is lined with an eclectic array of shops and restaurants.
  • No Frills, Loblaws, Nations and FreshCo all have locations nearby – as do several independent grocers.
  • The West Toronto Railpath runs a short distance to the east, and provides a convenient walking and cycling route as far south as College Street.
  • The large Stock Yards Village shopping centre is a short walk, drive or bus ride to the north.

The #512 St. Clair streetcar, express bus services on Keele Street and numerous local routes all run within walking distance. Additionally, the new St. Clair-Old Weston SmartTrack station will be just to the north of the development site. Upon its completion, residents will be able to catch a train to Downtown Toronto, Pearson Airport and destinations as far away as Kitchener-Waterloo.
