- Whole Foods, Longos, Loblaws, Sobeys and Food Basics all have locations in the vicinity.
- Big-box stores such as Costco, Canadian Tire, HomeSense, Home Depot and Winners are also nearby.
- The extensive Don Valley trail network can be accessed via an entrance located a short distance to the south along Laird Drive.
- The thriving Yonge & Eglinton area, with its dense array of shopping & dining options, is just a short distance to the west.
Bus service is available along Laird Drive, with the #56 Donlands route offering connections to Line 1 Yonge-University at Eglinton station, and Line 2 Bloor-Danforth at Donlands station. The area’s transit access will be further enhanced by the opening of the Eglinton Crosstown LRT in 2022-with the line’s Laird station being within walking distance of 126-134 Laird. In addition, drivers can easily access the Don Valley Parkway via a short drive to the south, while cyclists can use protected trails and bike lanes all the way to Downtown Toronto.
