11YV Condos: Project Specifications
These new Yorkville condos will be housed in a stunning 62-storey high-rise. A Site Plan Approval proposal filed with the City of Toronto calls for a total of 716 residential suites, including 638 owned condominiums and 81 rental units.
Inside, the residential suites will offer stunning luxuries, including oversize spa bathrooms with floating vanities, marble kitchen islands with inspired detailing and generous seating, wine storage and bottle chillers, stemware cabinets, and premium appliance packages. Dozens of different floorplans will be available in the following general breakdown:

These figures include the complex’s 81 proposed rental replacement units.
On the south side of the site, the 62-storey tower will connect two a two-storey low-rise, which will front onto Cumberland Street and offer 10,269 square feet (954 square metres) of retail space. These facilities will join the expansive retail units planned for the residential high-rise’s podium base, which are projected to total 41,000 square feet (3,809 square metres).
As you might expect from a luxury Yorkville development, 11YV Condos will dazzle residents with premium opulence at every turn. Examples include:

Yorkville is an upscale downtown neighbourhood with a strong presence of high-end retailers and exclusive boutiques. Sometimes called “Canada’s Beverly Hills,” the area is famous for its exclusive fashion, jewelry, and luxury retailers. The surrounding streets are home to acclaimed restaurants, upmarket salons, and premium service providers, yet Yorkville never feels distant or inaccessible. It is welcoming, friendly, and decidedly chic.
The neighbourhood is just a shade west of the intersection of Yonge Street and Bloor Street, which marks one of the few places in Toronto with rapid transit in all four directions. Highly walkable with excellent urban development, Yorkville is also in close proximity to many major attractions and destinations including:
