Zinc Developments has been in business since 1989, and has thrived as a business since that point. Under the leadership of Ken Zuckerman, the company has been the recipient of numerous BILD awards over the years. Zinc’s guiding philosophy is based around the creation of buildings and communities that leave a lasting impression on the cities of which they are a part.
