The Zehr Group of Companies is a major real estate developer based in Kitchener. They oversee all aspect of the development process from start to finish, and are proud of their track record of excellence. The company began as a real estate holding firm in the 1970s, and has since then amassed an extensive portfolio of residential, retail, commercial and mixed-use projects.

Garment Street Condos. Rising to a height of 26 storeys and including 300 residential units, the Garment Street Condos are located in the northwestern corner of Downtown Kitchener. The surrounding area is in the midst of a large-scale redevelopment, and boasts excellent access to Kitchener GO station, the ION Light Rail system and a wealth of shops and restaurants.
Bradshaw Lofts. This 4-storey, 58-unit community is one of Stratford’s first loft-style developments. As the city continues to grow at a rapid pace, the Bradshaw will serve as an inspiration for future condo and loft communities.
