Windmill Development Group: Previous Projects
Arch Lofts. Completed in 2017, Arch Lofts is 4 storeys tall and includes 39 residential units. The building is a converted industrial space in Toronto’s Junction Triangle neighborhood, and marks the beginning of its redevelopment into a popular residential location. Additionally, within walking distance of some of the city’s most vibrant neighborhoods and major transportation routes.
Plant Condos. Rising to a height of 10 storeys and including 74 residential units, Plant Condos was the result of a collaborative effort between Windmill and Curated Properties. With a location along West Queen West, the community is situated in the heart of a pedestrian-friendly and transit focused district.
