Trinity Development Group is proud to be the developer and manager of vibrant mixed-use properties in locations across Canada. They oversee every aspect of this process, and do so with the help of a highly knowledgeable team of professionals, who bring years of experience to the table. In recent years, the company has also focused on expanding to international locales.
Trinity Development Group was founded in 1992 by John Ruddy, who continues to serve as executive chairman. Under the leadership of himself and CEO Fred Waks, the company has focused their attention on three different types of developments: mixed-use urban centres, business hubs that serve as focal points for local communities, and “large-format centres” such as malls. Trinity’s development team strives to find innovative solutions that allow communities to thrive and prosper, while the construction division works closely with top contractors to ensure high-quality results in a timely fashion.
