OPUS Homes: Previous Projects
River’s Edge in Castlemere. Comprising 36 single-family homes, River’s Edge in Castlemere is now complete. The development sits in northeastern Brampton, and offers easy access to Highway 407, Highway 427, Bramalea GO station and a host of wildlife preserves are all readily accessible.
Valleylands on Chinguacousy. Situated a short distance to the southwest of Downtown Brampton, Valleylands on Chinguacousy is a new single-family home community consisting of 52 units (ranging in size from 1,953 – 2,558 square feet). Residents of Valleylands enjoy easy access to multiple GO stations, Highway 407 and Eldorado Park.
