From its humble beginning as a small (but successful) family-run enterprise, Madison Group has turned into a highly respected developer. With a presence in both Toronto and New York City, the company maintains a diverse portfolio of projects. This includes both high-rise and low-rise developments throughout the two cities. Being based in two high-density global cities has led to Madison making the creation and improvement of vibrant local communities their top priority. Powered by three generations of hard work ethic, the company has extensive experience with all aspects of the development process.
Madison’s Toronto developments are guided by the principle that a condo building should not by itself be a desirable place to live. Rather, it should enhance the neighborhood around it wherever possible.
