About Us
Lindvest has acquired a reputation for high design standards and a planning process that produces livable urban developments. Founded in 1998, the company has strong roots in the land development industry. Lindvest prides itself on choosing optimal locations for their projects, as well as maintaining collaborative relationships with top craftspeople. These principles, combined with an ironclad commitment to transparency and honesty, have made the company one of the most innovative developers in the Greater Toronto Area.
Lindvest strives to seamlessly blend visual appeal and functionality in their homes. To do so, they work with experienced interior designers and embrace the latest advancements in technology and building materials. The company also follows the same standards when engaging with architects, resulting in distinct exterior plans that quickly become neighborhood landmarks. In addition, the company recognizes that none of these features matter without a good location-and Lindvest always chooses sites that are primed for growth and further investment. Finally, the company maintains high standards of transparency and customer service. A highly-qualified team of experts is available to assist at any point during the development process. The experience gained from Lindvest’s past success has set them (as well as their buyers and investors) up for a rewarding future.
