Laurier Homes was founded in 1976. Since then, they have successfully developed residential communities throughout the GTA. At the same time, the company works closely with buyers throughout the development process. Laurier Homes: Previous Projects
Upper Beach Club. Situated in the heart of Toronto’s Birch Cliff neighborhood, Upper Beach Club rises to a height of 6 storeys and include 41 residential units. The surrounding area is filled with historic homes and a variety of shops and restaurants-many of which have a long and storied history. In terms of recreational amenities, the Scarborough Bluffs are just minutes to the east.
Windsong in Markham. Completed in 2013, Windsong in Markham consists of 67 single-family homes. The community is located in the north-central section of the city, and is very family-friendly. Additionally, residents are just minutes away from multiple stations on GO Transit’s Stouffville railway line.
