About Us
A creative and distinct design is an incredibly valuable asset for any condo development, and Graywood Developments recognizes that better than just about anyone in the business. Look no further than their work on the 5 St. Joseph Condos, whose unique exterior design won a slew of awards (highlights being BILD’s Project of the Year and Best High-Rise Building Design awards in 2011). With a highly experienced team, led by CEO Stephen Price, Graywood brings considerable expertise to every phase of the development process.
Founded in 1985, Graywood places a heavy emphasis not only on innovative design but also on building projects that improve quality of life in the districts of which they are a part. Mixed-use buildings help contribute to a vibrant street life, and the company is proud to have included at least 5,000 square feet of retail space in all of their recent high-rise developments. Throughout its long history, Graywood Developments has firmly believed that this combination of innovation and community improvement will achieve the most desirable results for buyers, tenants and investors alike. To consistently reach these standards, the company’s expert staff capably oversee every phase of the development process from start to finish.
Previous Projects:
FIVE at 5 St. Joseph. With a design reminiscent of rolling ocean waves, this 48-storey tower offers amenities such as a rooftop deck, bike storage and a steam room. What sets it apart is a series of undulating balconies (a result of the building’s exterior design) that offer stunning views of the surrounding city. In a lovely combination of old and new, the existing facade was incorporated into the tower base. The surrounding neighborhood of Church and Wellesley continues to be one of the city’s most vibrant.
Ocean Club. Situated in the heart of one of Toronto’s fastest growing neighborhoods, Ocean Club rises 37 stories above Humber Bay and offers excellent views of the city. With the lake shore and its adjacent recreational facilities just steps away, this development is perfect for the outdoorsy. Indoors, available amenities include a pool, a steam room, as well as a pet grooming room.
The Mercer. A short walk from both the heart of downtown and the Entertainment District, the Mercer provides its residents with easy access to the best that Toronto has to offer. The 33-storey building includes a spa, a theater room and a rooftop terrace.
