Previous Projects
King Blue Condos. This 48-storey development sits in the heart of Toronto’s most vibrant neighborhood. To the east is the Financial District and St. Lawrence Market, while to the west are the top-tier restaurants of Spadina Avenue. Frequent streetcar service along King, Queen and Spadina offer easy access to much of the city, while Union Station is within walking distance. Inside the building, residents can take advantage of a pool, a rooftop terrace, a peaceful courtyard and a yoga studio.
