Dundee Kilmer Developments

About Us

Dundee Kilmer Developments is the result of a partnership between two well-respected Toronto investment and development firms. Dundee Realty Corporation has extensive experience developing mixed-use properties, while Kilmer Van Nostrand Co. has decades of experience with public-private partnerships and infrastructure management. Since their partnership began, Dundee Kilmer has been the driving force behind one of the city’s most transformative new communities. Built on former industrial lands and located just steps away from the Distillery District, the cutting-edge Canary District offers a pedestrian-friendly living environment with excellent transit access-a trait that will be further enhanced by the opening of the Ontario Line.
