Founded in 1987, Curated Properties has established itself as one of the Greater Toronto Area’s foremost developers of boutique home and condominium communities. Company leaders Adam Ochshorn and Gary Eisen cut their teeth doing infill development, and have since turned their attention to new construction. Curated Properties: Previous Projects
The Plant Condos. Completed in Summer 2020 in conjunction with Windmill Development Group, The Plant Condos rise to a height of 10 storeys and include 74 housing units.
