Constantine Enterprises was founded in 2013 by Edward Rogers and Robert Hiscox. Since then, the company has managed a wide-ranging real estate portfolio that includes residential, commercial and mixed-use properties. While Constantine’s main focus is in the GTA and throughout Southern Ontario, they maintain operations in locations such as the Bahamas and in New York City. When choosing a site location, the company chooses those that they feel will provide a maximum return-on-investment, for both themselves and their clients. Additionally, they oversee every phase of the project all the way through to occupancy. Constantine Developments has partnered with a long list of industry leaders in order to make all of the above a reality.
