About Us
Concord Pacific is one of Canada’s most well-known developers. Founded in Vancouver in the lead-up to Expo ’86, it has since expanded to include properties in cities across the country and around the world. Through numerous high-rise condominium buildings, they have enhanced skylines and created visual landmarks for vibrant urban neighborhoods. While Concord Pacific has always emphasized sustainability in all of its developments, in recent years it has aimed to meet its energy needs with zero carbon emissions. As a result, the company’s Concord Green Energy division has invested in solar, wind and hydroelectric power projects. In addition, the company has made energy-efficient features standard in all of their homes and condominiums. Concord Pacific is also a leader in supplying residents with the necessary parking infrastructure for electric vehicles.
