Briarwood Development Group

About Us

Having worked in cities throughout Southern Ontario since its founding in 1991, Briarwood Development Group has the expertise required to create your dream home. CEO Enzo Di Giovanni comes from a family of stonemasons. Not only has he inherited his ancestors’ creative spark and strong work ethic, but he has made these ideals the core values of his company. These principles help create sustainable and livable communities throughout the province.

Briarwood’s development process begins with choosing sites that perfectly blend the natural and built environments. Once a site has been selected, a building style that suits the area is chosen. The creation of pedestrian-friendly public spaces is emphasized. In particular, recreational spaces are designed to serve as focal points for the community. In addition, the company takes care to ensure that construction takes place in an environmentally friendly manner. Each home is built with sustainability in mind. Throughout the entire development process, Briarwood staff are on hand to deal with any development-related need that may arise. The company prides itself on delivering homes customized to the buyers’ specifications, and their years of experience allow them to do so in an innovative and creative manner.
