About Us

Block Developments strives to jump-start and enhance urban revitalization in vibrant, well-connected locations throughout Toronto and the GTA. To do so, they maintain a core philosophy based on five main values: environment, quality, design, service and community. As a result, the company’s buildings feature sustainability-minded designs and features, building materials of the highest standards, and locations that are at once walkable, transit-friendly and rich with amenities.

Block Developments was founded in 2015, but its founders bring to the table years of real estate industry experience. Most notably, CEO Ryan Fenton spent over half a decade working for Lanterra Developments, in addition to being a member of the Upper Canada Law Society. Together, Fenton and his team have established a reputation for taking an innovative approach to residential projects. Each community is designed to include a wealth of green space, and are located in close proximity to popular recreational spaces. The company works only with the most renowned interior designers, with the result being designs combine modern functionality with visual appeal. Finally, Block Developments is proud to offer excellent customer service throughout the development process.

Block Developments: Previous Projects

646 Dufferin Street Condos. Situated in the heart of Little Portugal, 646 Dufferin is surrounded by a wide array of shopping and dining options. Dufferin Grove Park is just to the north, while the nearby West Toronto Railpath offers a convenient location for walking and cycling. Direct service to Downtown Toronto is available via the #505 Dundas and #506 Carlton streetcars, while on Dufferin the #29 and #929 routes connect to the subway at Bloor Street and a variety of popular destinations to the north and south.

Stockton Condos. Rising to a height of 4 storeys and including 30 residential units, the Stockton Condos are located in one of Toronto’s most sought-after neighborhoods. The Junction is home to some of the city’s most popular restaurants, and features easy access to Line 2 Bloor-Danforth at Keele and Dundas West stations.
